InspiredPlay is the new evolution of IPR Hawaii, which was founded in 2004 and has become Hawaii’s largest recreation contractor. Managing members have a combined 70+ years of experience in construction, which will support us in performing the peripheral work (site work, concrete, etc) for our core scopes.
